As of January 1, 2022 - Residents that live in the municipalities and rural areas within the boundaries of the Lacombe County, excluding residents of Blackfalds, can take their dry rubble loads in quantities less than 500 kg. to any LRWSC transfer site free of charge.
All loads larger than a ½ ton load or weigh more than 500 kg must be transported to the Prentiss Transfer Site. White Goods are collected at Prentiss, and the Eckville Site (stickers can be purchased at the Eckville town office for the Eckville Site). Shingles must be taken to the Prentiss Facility.

1000 kg.+ - $45.00 per tonne
Shingles - loads 0 - 499 kg. - $40.00 (clean load, see FEES & ACCOUNTS)
loads between 500-999 kg. - $75.00/load (clean load, see FEES & ACCOUNTS)
loads 1000+ kg. - $75/tonne (clean load, see FEES & ACCOUNTS)
White Metal, no Freon, $10.00 per unit
White Metal with Freon, $40.00 per unit
All Commercial Businesses and Carriers - Dry Rubble & Wood Charges:
0-499 kg. - $25.00/load
500 - 999 kg. - $45.00/load
1000 +kg. - $45.00/tonne
Chipped Wood is $25.00/load
Mattresses/Box Springs - $10.00/ea Sorted, $50.00/ea in Landfill or Compactor
